TERMS FOR RETURNING GOODS

These Terms complement §5 of the GTC and summarize the practical steps for returns.

1. Eligibility and Period

• Consumers may return goods within 14 calendar days of delivery (right of withdrawal).
• Returns are accepted only after the consumer has provided a clear withdrawal notice by email, letter, or through the online cancellation form.

2. Condition of Goods

• Goods should be returned complete and, where reasonably possible, in original packaging to prevent transport damage.
• Inspection comparable to a retail store is permitted; usage beyond that may lead to deductions for diminished value.
• Hygiene-sensitive products: In-ear headphones, ear pads, and similar sealed items that have been unsealed after delivery are excluded from return.
• For on-/over-ear headphones, if hygiene or inner bag seals are broken/removed, return may be refused.

• The customer bears the direct return shipping costs.
• Upon withdrawal, the Seller refunds the purchase price including the cost of the least expensive standard shipping offered.
• Supplements for express or special delivery are not refunded.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days after the Seller receives the returned goods or proof of dispatch (the Seller may withhold refund until receipt if proof is insufficient).
