IN WHICH COUNTRIES DOES PHONON SUPPLY?

In addition to Germany, we supply the following countries via our Phonon Europe Store.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Important note:
The transit times mentioned below are regular transit times of the parcel service provider and refer to the period after collection of the parcel until delivery, not to the overall processing of your order. Customs clearance is also required in some countries, which may also cause a delay.

Germany: 1-2 working days,

Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Greece, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Slovenia, Finland and France: apprx. 3-4 working days

Switzerland: 7-14 working days

United Kingdom: 7-14 working days

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

GERMANY
For delivery within Germany we charge 5.21 € + tax per order. From an order value of 100 € or more we deliver free of charge within Germany. For big shipments under 10KG ( MUSICLIFE ML-2 etc.), we charge 7.29 € + tax per order.
Shipping is done insured via UPS.

AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, CZECH REPUBLIC, HUNGARY, LUXEMBOURG, NETHERLANDS, POLAND
For delivery within Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands or Poland we charge 8.33 € + tax per order. For big shipments under 10KG ( MUSICLIFE ML-2 etc.), we charge 11.91 € + tax per order.
Shipping is done insured via UPS.

CROATIA, DENMARK, FRANCE, ITALY, PORTUGAL, ROMANIA, SLOVENIA, SPAIN
For delivery within Croatia, Denmark, France, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia or Spain we charge 10.13 € + tax per order. For big shipments under 10KG ( MUSICLIFE ML-2 etc.), we charge 14.89 € + tax per order.
Shipping is done insured via UPS.

CYPRUS, BULGARIA, ESTONIA, FINLAND, GREECE, IRELAND, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, MALTA, SLOVAKIA, SWEDEN, NORDIRLAND
For delivery within Cyprus, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Slovakia, Sweden or Nordirland we charge 12.50 € + tax per order. For big shipments under 10KG ( MUSICLIFE ML-2 etc.), we charge 19.35€ + tax per order.

ENGLAND, SCOTLAND, WALES
For delivery within England, Scotland or Wales we charge 14.73 € + tax per order. For big shipments under 10KG ( MUSICLIFE ML-2 etc.), we charge 21.59€ + tax per order.

ANDORRA, NORWAY, SAN MARINO, SWITZERLAND, CHANNEL ISLANDS
For delivery within Andorra, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland or Channel Islands we charge 17.71 € + tax per order. For big shipments under 10KG ( MUSICLIFE ML-2 etc.), we charge 26.64€ + tax per order.

HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?

In case you are not fully satisfied and wish to return the ordered items, please follow our instructions for a quick and easy return of your items. Please proceed with the return procedure within 14 days or 30 days since you purchased the product.

REPAIRS

 

MY PHONON PRODUCT HAS A FAULT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please send the faulty product to us directly.

Please complete the repair form. The processing time for repairs is generally 5-10 working days.
For repairs that are within warranty/the guarantee period, please don’t forget to enclose a copy of your proof of purchase. If this document is not included, we will be unable to process the repair under the warranty/guarantee and you will be charged.

HOW DO B-STOCK PRODUCTS DIFFER FROM FIRST CHOICE PRODUCTS?

B-Stock products are refurbished headphones and speakers, for example from returned goods or exhibits at trade shows. The products have the same product features and functions as new products (A-Stock) and are offered at low prices in the Phonon B-stock. There may be small cosmetic defects on the product or its packaging, but you can be sure that B-Stock products function technically flawlessly.
